I would like to offer my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to everyone who joined me and my family on Sunday, Jan. 14, when I was honored and recognized during the annual Athletics Community Day at the McDonough Sports Complex.
It was a very special day and I had a wonderful time. I was very humbled and happy to experience such an outpouring of support and well wishes in celebration of my many years at Hudson Valley Community College.
Special appreciation to Justin Hoyt, director of Athletics; Alfredo Balarin, director of Student Life and the Educational Opportunity Program, and Alycia Courter, executive director of the Faculty-Student Association.
